![]() ![]() Khaled is an Algerian raï musician who began singing in his teens, using the name Cheb Khaled, which means "Young Khaled" in Arabic. "Didi" was one of the opening songs for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Rabah was then required to compensate Khaled for the costs he had incurred defending himself in the case. However, in 2016 the charges against Khaled were dropped when Khaled was able to produce an audio tape of "Didi" that he had recorded in 1982 and given to a producer in Oran, Algeria. In 2015, Rabah Zerradine (known as Cheb Khaled) won a lawsuit claiming Khaled had plagiarized his song "Angui ou Selmi" which was released in 1988.
